Super Luminous + Romantic Make Up Look

So this time I'd like to share you my current favorite make up routine yang aku pake for date night, for lovely weekend brunch sama temen2, atau untuk ngumpul2 cantik, you name it.
I know valentine's day baru aja lewat, and sebenernya make up routine ini bakalan paling pas untuk suasana valentine kemarin, but you know, we can always use some luminous effect whenever atau romantic look whenever (siapa tau iseng2 make up begini ketemu jodoh pas lg beli sambel di supermarket kan bisa langsung lanjut ngopi-ngopi gimana gituuu)
*OMG gw jayus banget, I'm getting old.
Anyway.

What I like the most about this make up is..
I use mainly the strobing technique di make up ini, dan juga teknik baking. I LOVEEE baking. Baking itu bisa dibilang salah satu technique make up yang menurut aku sangat significant hasilnya. Gak cuma kasih hasil "a bit of this" atau "sedikit lebih begini" atau "membantu supaya", but I think baking is the heart of it! Hasilnya instant, sangat kelihatan bedanya, dan (this is cheesy af but) quite magical. Beneran deh bukannya mau lebay, but the first time I tried baking, I couldn't believe the result. OMG so flawless baebeh!
I do wish I had more time to work on a video or step by step pictures on how I did my baking, tp jujur buat skrg ga sempet banget... semoga ya in near future! Tapi jujur aja kalau penasaran, tinggal youtube aja cara how to bake your face dan sebenernya udah lumayan banyak beauty guru di luar sana yang udah bake sana sini, bentar lagi bisa buka toko kue kayaknyah (*jayus lagi). Anyway for this blog for now I'm just gonna list down my "product-used" for this make up
FACE
- Moisturizer (haruss! apalagi kalau mau baking supaya kulitnya lebih prepared)
- Primer: MAKE UP FOR EVER Step 1 Nourishing Primer utk hasil glowy & dewy + Benefit Cosmetics POREfessional untuk minimize pores dan membuat kulit wajah lebih halus
- Foundation: MAKE UP FOR EVER Ultra HD Foundation Y235 (apply with beauty blender for that super natural dewy finish!)
- Concealer: Maybelline Fit Me Concealer shade 15 - apply di segitiga bawah mata, bridge of the nose, cupids bow, center of the forehead, dan di atas sudut eyebrows. Blend pake beauty blender jugaa coz it just blends like crazy
- Cream Contour: LA Girl PRO concealer in "Toast" for cream contour
- Loose Powder: Laura Mercier Translucent Powder - apply lightly di seluruh wajah lebih dulu baru di tumpuk2 di area bawah mata, di dagu, dan di batang hidung untuk baking - leave it there sambil move on to the eye make up, and dust off begitu udah selesai
- Powder Contour: MAKE UP FOR EVER Pro Bronze 20M. Ini untuk men-set dan blend out the cream contour, also untuk shading hidung
- Blush On: Benefit Cosmetics Dandelion Box Powder Blush
- Highlighter: The Balm Mary Lou-Manizer - di bagian atas tulang pipi, cupids bow, dan di ujung hidung
- Brows: Anastasia Beverly Hills Dipbrow Pomade in "Ash Brown"
- Eyeshadow: wah eyeshadow nya banyak sih. Mainly from BH Cosmetics 120 Color Palette , aku mix-mix banyak warnanya untuk warna-warna soft pink dan silver utk di bagian tengah eye lid, dan untuk outer cornernya adalah MAKE UP FOR EVER Artist Shadow ME-930 (Black purple) untuk sentuhan warna deep, karena jujur aja bh cosmetics warnanya kurang pigmented. Aku suka banget combine warna2 soft tapi tetep kasi warna yang deep di bagian ujung mata untuk ngasi dimensi lebih dan utk kesan lebih dramatis.
- Eyeliner: Maybelline Hypersharp Wing Liquid Eyeliner (my fave and it's cheap!), Sephora Long Lasting 12HR Wear Eyeliner yg bentuknya pencil untuk ngisi2 space di waterline & lash line bagian atas supaya gak bolong2. dan MAKE UP FOR EVER Aqua Liner No 19 (Diamond Pearly Pink) di bagian bawah to give that dolly look!
- Lashes: Klo lashesnya ini aku tumpuk dari 2 lashes, 1 yang Blink Charm Natural Flair No 2 dan 1 lagi merk japan yang ngga tau tulisannya apa, pokoknya yang cuma tebal di bagian luar mata aja, jadi yang dramatis bener2 di bagian luar matanya
In case you're wondering, this is the BH Palette I used *I personally won't recommend this but this is great untuk try experimenting with colors with very low budget

It's Sleek Matte Me in Birthday Suit! Karena make up matanya udah soft banget benar2 pinky-mauve-ish, lips nya aku bikin senada tapi sedikittt lebih bold dan gak bener2 pink doang warnanya.
* I also applied concealer di sekitar bibir setelah pake lipstick untuk mempertegas bentuk bibir and memberikan kesan yang lebih "porcelain-doll lips"
So that's for this luminous & romantic make up, my recent fave make up routine karena make up ini bener2 bikin kulit aku jadi terlihat luminous, bright, dan glowy, ditambah warna make up yang soft and pretty, it's just soooo captivating!
