I just haveee to talk about these amazing products from Benefit Indonesia!

For some of you yang kadang suka ikutin my blog updates or instagram updates, palingan udah tau kalau I always in the search of products yang bisa ngebantu aplikasi makeup aku sehari2 supaya lebih cepet beres dandannya tapi tetep cetar gimana gitu yah :D

So that's why I'm soo super excited waktu Benefit launch their new products: THEY'RE REAL! Double The Lip & Duo Shadow Blender dengan format yang menurut aku genius dan unik banget.

THEY'RE REAL! DOUBLE THE LIP

So this is basically lip liner & lipstick dalam satu product, yang fungsinya to create bigger & fuller lips with just 1 easy application step. Lip product ini bentuknya seperti teardrop, dan bagian yang lebih sempitnya itu berfungsi sebagai lip liner dengan warna yang lebih gelap dibanding warna di wider partnya yang berfungsi sebagai lipstick. Aku pernah lihat sih lip product yang dual-tone seperti ini, tapi this one from Benefit bentuknya lebih unik menurut aku, karena shape teardrop'nya itu. 

Nah jadi cara pemakaian yang dianjurkan adalah to swipe the darker part di bagian luar bibir, karena sekalian to line the lips. But I actually like to use it the other way around, jadi warna gelapnya yang aku taroh di bagian dalem bibir. Karena kalau pake ombre lips, aku emang lebih suka yang ala2 korea gitu :p ga cocok bgt klo yang fuller2 lips langsung berasa keliatan tambah tua :/

Warna yang aku dapet disini ada 2, yaitu Pink Thrills and Criminally Coral. Pilihan warnanya total ada 8 shades, yang semuanya bisa dipake untuk sehari-hari or even for special occasion. Texture nya creamy, jadi bukan yang matte lipstick whatsoever. Dan tentunya juga bukan that type of lipstick yang kiss-proof, smudge-proof, dan tahan seharian. It's more to the non-drying comfortable side.

These They're Real Double the Lip ini dijual dengan harga Rp 330,000 per pcs, which can't be said to be in the affordable side, tapi menurut aku masih reasonable. They also come in a kit format where you can buy 4 shade sekaligus dalam 1 kit dengan harga hanya Rp 470,000 which I think is much more economical.

THEY'RE REAL! DUO SHADOW BLENDER

This one is a duo shadow blender, jadi in each product, ada 2 warna eyeshadow, satu yang lebih gelap dan sebelahnya warna yang lebih terang. And it comes with a round sponge blender. So the idea is to swipe the sponge blender ke eyeshadow pan di perbatasan antara kedua warna tersebut, getting the two colors ke sponge bulatnya dan apply it directly ke mata. Jadi begitu apply langsung ada hasil gradasi dari kedua warna eyeshadow'nya di mata.

Awalnya begitu lihat product ini agak skeptical, karena when it comes to eyeshadow I like to really blend my eyeshadow with proper blending brush and play with a lot of colors even untuk eyeshadow sehari-hari.  Dan begitu coba, I'm not gonna lie emang agak awkward karena cuma pake sponge bulet aja satu, sementara biasanya I use a lot of brushes dan super rempong pokoknya. Tapi kalau untuk keluar rumah yang super simple dan lagi males bgt pake make-up, this thing berguna bangeettt. Karena bener2 cuma perlu swipe 2-3 kali aja udah jadi . Emang hasilnya not the ideal eye makeup gitu sih and don't think I'm gonna use this untuk events atau aktivitas seharian yang banyak ketemu orang. Tapi mengingat pake nya juga ga sampe semenit udah jadi, ini lumayan banget klo cuma mau keluar rumah sebentar cari makan atau grocery shopping atau sejenisnya :)



Untuk pigmentasinya menurut aku lumayan aja, ngga sampe pigmented banget tapi masih sangat keluar warnanya. Dan bisa di build up juga pigmentasinya by adding beberapa layer eyeshadownya. But what I like about this is that it doesn't have tons of fallout. Mungkin karena di apply nya juga dengan sponge and not brush, jadi waktu di apply ngga ada fallout-fallout gengges yg jatuh2 di pipi.

 I think this product would be best untuk beginner makeup users atau yang males rempong sehari-hari karena emang cepet banget apply eyeshadownya kalau pake ini langsung jadi. This product also comes in 8 shades. Dan pilihan warnanya memang sengaja dibuat untuk warna-warna natural yg cocok dipakai sehari-hari, jadi pilihan warnanya memang bukan those bold colored eyeshadows for total glam look or festive look, tapi more to the natural sides.

Harga They're Real Duo Shadow Blender ini adalah Rp 390,000. Ngga murah-murah amat menurut aku sih. Untuk pilihan yang lebih ekonomis, they do come in a kit format, jadi yang isinya lebih besar (3 duo shadow blender sekaligus) dan harganya Rp 590,000 sehingga sebenarnya kalau dihitung-hitung jadi lebih ekonomis.
